🔹Scope – Residential Plumbing Inspector

A Residential Plumbing Inspector is responsible for verifying that all components of the plumbing system are installed in accordance with code. This includes piping systems, joints, connections, fixtures, appliances, flow rates, pressures, temperature controls, potable and nonpotable water protection, sanitary drainage, venting, traps, and storm drainage systems. Inspectors must also evaluate water heaters and verify fuel gas piping, combustion air, and venting.
